Reseller Policy

This Reseller Policy sets out the terms for reselling on Kakiso. By creating a ReSeller account and placing orders, you agree to follow it.

Getting started

Reselling on Kakiso is free to join and does not require you to hold stock. A GST number is not needed to start, and you can add business and bank details later from your dashboard. Create your ReSeller account to begin.

Reselling and margins

You choose products from the wholesale catalogue and set your own margin. The total (wholesale price plus your margin) is what your customer pays you, and the margin is your profit.

Placing orders and payment

Your customer pays you directly at the price you set. You then place the order on Kakiso and pay the wholesale price plus applicable fees, and the supplier dispatches the order to your customer.

White label

Orders are shipped under your name as the seller. Supplier details are not shown to your customer, so the customer relationship stays with you.

Your responsibilities

• Enter correct customer and delivery details for every order.
• Represent products honestly and do not make false claims.
• Use the platform lawfully and do not misuse product images or content.

Returns and refunds

Return and refund requests from your customer are handled as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. Please raise eligible requests within the stated window.

Conduct and suspension

Accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, misrepresentation, or any breach of this policy or the law may be suspended.
