What is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a simple way to sell products online without keeping any stock. A Reseller lists products in their store, marketplace or social media and when a customer places an order, the reseller purchases the product from a Supplier who ships it directly to the Customer. Example A reseller finds a backpack on KaKiSo listed by a supplier for ₹800. The reseller lists the same backpack in their online store or social media page for ₹1,200. When a customer places an order and pays ₹1,200, the reseller places the order on KaKiSo and pays the supplier ₹800. The supplier then packs and ships the backpack directly to the customer. The reseller earns a profit of ₹400 (Excluding Convenience & Fixed Fees), without storing any products or handling delivery.

How do I earn with KaKiSo?
Earning with KaKiSo is simple and takes just 3 easy steps: Step 1: Pick Browse and select products from our wide range of high-quality items available on the KaKiSo app. Step 2: Share Share your chosen products with your network, family, friends, or customers, using WhatsApp or Facebook. You can also post them on your Facebook Wall, Pages, Groups, or Marketplace. Step 3: Earn You earn by adding your own profit margin to KaKiSo’s wholesale products. When a customer buys from you, you simply place the order on KaKiSo at the base price. The product is shipped directly to your customer within 5-7 days, and you keep the full markup as your profit.
Can i sell on other marketplaces like Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, etc?
Yes, you can sell KaKiSo products on other marketplaces such as Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, and similar platforms.
Can i sell KaKiSo products on META (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) and my own website?
Yes, you can sell KaKiSo products on META platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as on your own website.
Do I need to buy the products before I sell them?
Reselling with KaKiSo requires no upfront investment. You place an order only after receiving payment from your customer, buy the product at a discounted reseller price, and earn your margin with minimal risk.
Do you charge GST?
All product prices on the KaKiSo app are GST-inclusive. KaKiSo ensures quality products at the best possible prices.
What is your average delivery time for different regions across India?
Our average delivery time across most regions in India is 4-7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the supplier, customer location, and serviceability of the pincode.
Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery) for dropshipping orders?
As of now, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
What are your product prices and do you provide a complete product catalog for resellers?
Product prices will be visible once you register as a reseller. You can create a customized catalogue from the products listed on our application and share it on WhatsApp and other Social Media platforms.
Are there any monthly charges, subscription fees, or minimum order requirements?
No. There are no monthly subscription charges and no minimum order requirements to start reselling with KaKiSo.
Do I need a GST Registration to become a Reseller with KaKiSo?
No, a GST registration is not mandatory to become a Reseller with KaKiSo.
Can I set different Margins for different Products?
Initially, you can set a uniform margin across all products. However, during checkout, you have the flexibility to adjust the final selling price based on the amount quoted to your customer.
What kind of packaging do you provide, branded or simple/neutral packaging?
All orders are dispatched in white-label packaging to maintain your Brand Identity. No supplier information is shared, and any branding or details included on the package will represent you.
Can you share your replacement/refund policy for damaged or defective products?
To help us assist you efficiently in cases of damaged products, we kindly request resellers to share an unboxing video for verification. Once reviewed, we will promptly proceed with the appropriate replacement or refund.

How do i get my first order?
Start with friends and family: Share your catalogue with people you know and ask them to support your new business by placing the first order. Use social media actively: Post products on WhatsApp Status, Instagram Stories, and Facebook to reach your existing network. Leverage Facebook Marketplace: List popular and trending products to attract buyers in your local area. Choose trending products: Start with best-selling or high-demand items to increase your chances of quick sales. Set attractive pricing: Keep margins reasonable in the beginning to encourage first-time buyers. Share clear product details: Include good images, prices, and delivery timelines to build trust. Will KaKiSo share it's name, link or product's price in the message when I share catalogs with customers?
No. When you share catalogs with your customers, KaKiSo’s name, website link, and product prices are not shown. This allows you to present the products under your own branding and pricing.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for dropshipping?
No, there is zero Minimum Order Quantity on KaKiSo. You can easily place a dropship order for just a single item, and it will be processed and shipped directly to your customer.
How do I get product details to list KaKiSo products on my site or other marketplaces?
You can easily download your entire product catalog as a CSV file in a few simple steps: 1. Go to the Tools page on your Reseller Dashboard. 2. Click Export CSV under the Advanced CSV Creator tool. 3. Select All Products. 4. Choose the Default Format from the options below. 5. Click Download CSV to save the file.
How are RTO (Return to Origin) orders handled?
When a package cannot be delivered to your customer, it is marked as RTO and shipped directly back to your registered Reseller address. Please note that you are responsible for covering both the forward and reverse shipping charges for these returned orders.
Can you ship order directly to my customer?
Yes. When placing an order, simply enter your customer’s delivery details and your marked-up selling price. The package will ship directly to them, and the included invoice will only display your brand details and your final selling price.

What do I need to register as a supplier on KaKiSo?
Setting up your account is quick and simple. All you need are your bank account details and your GSTIN. If you are a non-GST seller, you can easily register using your Enrolment ID or UIN.
Can I list products in bulk?
Yes, absolutely! To save time, you can upload your product images directly to your KaKiSo supplier gallery and submit your product details using an Excel sheet. Once reviewed and approved, your entire catalog will be live within 72 hours.
Is there a specific template for bulk product uploads?
Yes. If your Excel file is missing mandatory fields, the system will reject the upload. To guarantee a successful listing process, you must use our official standardized format. How do I start selling my products?
Once your account is active, simply list the items you want to sell directly in your supplier panel. As soon as they are live, our network of resellers will start marketing your products to customers all over India.
How can I update my product inventory and pricing?
It is quick and easy. Simply go to the Price & Stock update tab on the left side of your supplier dashboard. From there, you can either update your details in bulk using an Excel file, or manually change the values for specific products. Just remember to click Save when you are done!
Do I need to deliver the orders myself?
Not at all! You simply pack the items, and we handle the logistics. We provide affordable, pan-India shipping tie-ups, so our delivery partners will pick up the package and ensure it reaches the customer safely.
When and how do I receive my earnings?
Your profits are deposited securely and automatically. Your funds will hit your registered bank account exactly 7 days after a successful order cycle.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
To keep transactions secure, smooth, and predictable for our suppliers, we currently process prepaid orders only and do not facilitate COD at this time.
What happens if I am out of stock and cannot fulfill an order?
We know that business can be unpredictable. If you receive an order you simply cannot fulfill, you can cancel it with absolutely zero penalty charges. Stress-free business is our priority.
What does "white-label shipping" mean?
White-label shipping means the final customer receives the package under the reseller's name and branding, rather than yours or ours. You simply pack the order, and our logistics tie-ups ensure the delivery looks highly professional and customized for the reseller who made the sale.
Do I have to manage customer returns/replacements?
No, we manage the return/replacement logistics for you. If a customer requests a replacement, our delivery partners will pick the item up and safely route it directly back to you, keeping the entire process completely hassle-free.
Does KaKiSo provide third-party integrations (like Shopify) for inventory management?
At this moment, we do not support direct links to third-party tools or Shopify. For now, you can easily manage and track your inventory data directly through your KaKiSo dashboard using our bulk Excel upload feature. The good news is that third-party integrations are on our roadmap and will be launching soon!
How do you handle replacement or refund claims for damaged products?
We protect your business by ensuring all claims are genuine. If a reseller reports a damaged or defective product, we strictly require them to provide a clear unboxing video. Once our team reviews and verifies the video, we will promptly process the appropriate replacement or refund.
Are there any fees to register as a supplier on KaKiSo?
