Supplier Policy

This Supplier Policy sets out the terms for selling on Kakiso as a registered supplier. By listing products and accepting orders, you agree to follow it.

Registration and verification

To sell on Kakiso you must provide accurate business details, including your store name, contact number, pickup address, GST/PAN where applicable, and bank details for settlement. Your account and pickup location are verified before orders begin.

Product listings

• List only genuine, lawful products that you are authorised to sell.
• Use accurate titles, descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels.
• Counterfeit, prohibited, or unsafe items are not allowed and will be removed.

Pricing

You set the wholesale price for each product. Resellers add their own margin on top, so the wholesale price is what you receive for the item, subject to applicable platform fees.

Order fulfilment

Once an order is confirmed you must pack and dispatch it within the agreed timeline, using the shipping label provided. Packaging must be white label and should not carry supplier branding, so the reseller stays the seller of record to the end customer. See our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations and returns

Damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items are the supplier’s responsibility. Returned or undelivered orders are handled as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Settlement

Payouts for delivered orders are settled to your registered bank account after any applicable fees and deductions, on the platform’s settlement cycle.

Conduct and suspension

Suppliers who repeatedly cancel orders, ship late, misrepresent products, or breach this policy or the law may have their listings removed and their account suspended.
