Why doesn’t the delivery date match the delivery time frame of X-Y business days?

The Seller or one of our delivery partners may have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the day it arrives, as mentioned on the product page. We add a day to the projected date in this situation. Some delivery partners and sellers don’t work on Sundays, therefore the delivery dates take that into account.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Most of the time, sellers get the items and dispatch them within the time frame listed on the product page. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from business days.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

The Seller is selling the item

The Seller has the product in stock.

The address where you want the order to go and where the Seller is located.

Why does the estimated time of delivery change for each seller?

You may have seen that different sellers of the product you want have different projected delivery times. Delivery times depend on the availability of the product, the Seller’s location, the shipment destination, and the delivery partner’s time to deliver in your area.

The seller can’t ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don’t have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven’t provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

The availability of trustworthy delivery partners in your area

At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

The availability of CoD relies on whether the delivery partner who serves your area can accept cash as payment when they deliver.

Depending on where the package is going, our delivery partners have a limit on how much cash can be paid on delivery. Your order value may have gone over this limit. To find out if CoD is available in your area, please enter your pin code on the product page.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

It’s easy to return. To start a return, get in touch with us. After you start a return, someone will call you to explain what to do next.

Our logistics partner will help with the pick-up of the item whenever possible. If our logistics partner can’t pick up the item, you can send it back through a third-party delivery service. The Seller pays for return shipping.

I didn’t get my order, but I did get a text or email saying it had been delivered.

If the product wasn’t delivered and you got an email or text saying it was, you need to tell the seller about the problem within 7 days of getting the delivery confirmation.

What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Available” mean?

“In Stock”

Sellers will inform you of the estimated delivery time for items that are “In Stock” by referencing the pincode of your location. This is typically 2–3 business days, 4–5 business days, or 4–6 business days in locations that offer regular delivery service. The Indian Postal Service will send orders to other locations via Registered Post, which may require one to two weeks to arrive, contingent upon their destination.

“Available”

The Seller may not have the item in stock; however, they can obtain it upon receiving an order. The duration of the delivery process is contingent upon the time required to obtain the item and dispatch it to you.

“Preorder” or “Coming Soon”

All of these items are expected to be available in the near future, and you may pre-order them. The item will be delivered to you within 2 to 6 business days of its official release. The duration of the preorder period is contingent upon the item. The release date and time are disclosed upon their determination. (For instance, the third week of August or May 5th)

“Out of Stock”

Right now, the item is not available for purchase. To determine when it is available for purchase, use the “Notify Me” function.

“Imported”

Occasionally, sellers are required to procure items from sources outside of India. The product page indicates that these items are “Imported,” which implies that they may require a minimum of 10 days to arrive at your location.

“Restocking is imminent.”

The item is exceedingly popular and is currently unavailable. Nevertheless, it is possible to “book” an order for the item, and the Seller will ensure that it is shipped on the specified dates.

“Temporarily Unavailable”

Presently, the item is unavailable for purchase. It is possible that the item will be restocked in the near future. The “Notify Me” feature can be employed to determine the availability of the item for purchase.

“Permanently discontinued”

This item is no longer available due to its obsolescence or discontinuation of production.

“Out of Print”

This item is currently unavailable due to its discontinuation and its indefinite absence from production.

Is it possible for KakiSo to dispatch to other countries?

Unfortunately, KakiSo is currently unable to dispatch merchandise to other countries.

You are able to purchase items on our website from any location in the world by using credit and debit cards from India and 21 other countries. Ensure that the delivery address is located in India.
