- Upon receiving your grievance through the specified channels, KakiSo will acknowledge it within 48 hours via email, phone call, or SMS.
- You will receive a unique grievance ID to track the status of your complaint.
- Our Consumer Care and Grievance Officer will make every effort to resolve your grievance expeditiously within the timeline prescribed by law.
- A grievance will be considered closed and disposed of once the Consumer Care, Grievance Officer, or any authorized personnel communicates a resolution to you.
