    • You can reach our Customer Support team from Monday to Saturday between 10am – 6pm, using the following options:
    • Choose your preferred method to submit your query or complaint.
  2. Escalation Process:
    • If your query or complaint remains unresolved despite assistance from our Customer Support team, it can be escalated as per the applicable laws.
    • KakiSo has designated a Grievance Officer to address such escalated grievances promptly.

Redressal Process:

  • Upon receiving your grievance through the specified channels, KakiSo will acknowledge it within 48 hours via email, phone call, or SMS.
  • You will receive a unique grievance ID to track the status of your complaint.
  • Our Consumer Care and Grievance Officer will make every effort to resolve your grievance expeditiously within the timeline prescribed by law.
  • A grievance will be considered closed and disposed of once the Consumer Care, Grievance Officer, or any authorized personnel communicates a resolution to you.
